Le Monêtier-Les-Bains is located at an altitude of 1,500 metres in the Serre Chevalier Valley—known for its abundant sunshine—which stretches from Briançon to the Col du Galibier. In both winter and summer, you’ll enjoy the authentic charm of this lively, well-preserved, family-friendly village that’s bustling year-round.
The “Monêt Yeah” apartment, with a floor area of 50 m², is located in the heart of the village, on the top floor of the Vie de Clare residence in a quiet setting. There are plenty of parking spots available in the village, including several very close to the apartment. You can unload right at the building’s entrance.
The ski lifts for the large Serre-Chevalier ski area, the Grands-Bains thermal spa in Monêtier-Les-Bains—built around a natural hot spring—and all the village’s amenities are within walking distance. A free shuttle also provides access to the ski lifts, located about 400 metres away (with a stop 50 metres from the apartment).
There are numerous activities in this dynamic and lively village. In winter: downhill skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing. In summer: a wide variety of magnificent hikes on foot or by mountain bike, numerous famous mountain passes to tackle by road bike (Lautaret, Galibier, Granon, Izoard, etc.), rafting on the Guisane River, tennis courts, gourmet and traditional restaurants, a cinema, and cultural events. The south-facing apartment is equipped as follows:

- a fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and all necessary kitchen utensils; Also available: raclette, cheese fondue, and Chinese fondue sets
- a balcony with a superb, unobstructed view of the mountains, furnished with a small table and two stools
- a completely renovated bathroom with a new shower, a designer sink, hair dryer
- a separate toilet
- two separate bedrooms, one of which is on a mezzanine (2 beds measuring 140x200)
- a closed walk-in closet with a large wardrobe.
The apartment is particularly comfortable and functional, with tasteful decor, plenty of storage space, and fully equipped for a holiday stay.
Outside, there is a ski storage room and a bike storage area.
