We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of North Idaho—peaceful surroundings, beautiful scenery, and convenient access to everything the area has to offer. We love starting the day with coffee overlooking Hayden Lake and ending it with quiet evenings on the deck. Although it feels tucked away among the pines, you're only minutes from Hayden Lake, downtown Coeur d'Alene, hiking and biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and year-round outdoor recreation.
