Newly Remodeled in 2023! Retreat to our waterfront home with spectacular 180 degree panoramic views and accommodations for up to 13 people.

Enjoy the fresh air and picturesque scenery from three expansive decks. Curl up in the large sunroom year round and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Relax, lounge and grill out on the lower deck while riverboats and barges cruise by. Build a fire in the oversized firepit, kick back in the adirondak chairs and enjoy the quiet evenings on the lake. Very low light pollution out here so you can see all the stars and enjoy tranquility of nature. The home is located on a quiet circle which is great for walking or bike riding. You are only minutes away from Land Between the Lakes National Park and Lake Barkley State Park. Endless activities to access - 100+ miles of hiking trails, Elk and Bison Prairie, hunting, fishing, planetarium and observatory, boat and kayak rentals, seasonal horseback riding. outstanding restaurants and shopping are close by in Cadiz, KY.

Dock access just steps away from the property for $100 flat fee during your stay. Dock is not on property so you are responsible for all damages. Water level varies seasonally.

This 3,450 square foot home features a fully equipped kitchen and lake views from most rooms. The main floor includes the kitchen, a half bath, master suite with jetted tub and shower. Also, on the main level are living room, multiple dining areas, and a large sun room. Adjacent to the living room is an open air sun deck. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed; the second has two twin beds.

Gather the family in the basement TV room and relax in the comfy reclining couches. What a great place for a movie night or enjoying a game on the big screen. The downstairs level features a Twin XL over Queen Bunk bed, a Queen size Murphy cabinet bed and a Queen size private bedroom. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer, dryer and laundry sink. This level has its own bathroom with shower. Exit from the basement to the lower covered deck. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available for rinsing off after a day at the lake. From there it's just a short walk to the fire pit and another large sun deck that overlooks the water. Take a stroll down the waterfront path that leads to a spacious landing area. Lounge, swim and enjoy!

This property has plenty of space for everyone in your party to spread out. Is a flex-cation an option for you? No shortage of quiet nooks indoors or out to get some work done. Connect to the free Wi-Fi and enjoy your new office with a view. You don't have to separate work and play!

Located only 6 miles from Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area and 8 Miles from Lake Barkley Marina and Lake Barkley State Park. A local boat ramp, Calhoun Public Use Area is only 1.9 miles away. We had three families in the house and there was plenty of room. We loved the porches, especially. The little cove to the side of the house made a nice confined place for kids to play in the water, with life jackets. All in all, a great stay.

My family enjoyed staying at KC’s Sunset Chalet! The views of the lake were lovely, and seeing the sunset was so nice.. The home was well equipt and we were able to make our Thanksgiving meal with the well stocked kitchenware. The Basement area was perfect for the kids, and they really enjoyed the game console. The house, property, and location were beautiful! More than enough space for us and well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the water was stunning from the all the decks on the back of the house. Even when it was really hot outside we could still relax and enjoy the view from the air conditioned sunroom. The hosts were very attentive and responsive to all of our communications. We highly recommend this house and hosts!

The house is beautiful with wonderful lake views. Relaxing and peaceful! The kitchen was well stocked and the inside of the house was very clean. The front porch and patios needed to be cleaned. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. Wifi access was good. It was very quiet and so dark at night, we could see the Milky Way. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

This house was a fantastic spot for our family reunion. We had 10 people ranging in age from 7 to 75. The bedrooms were comfortable. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking for a group. We enjoyed the arcade console and all the spots to sit and read or play games. One thing to know about the semi-private sleeping area on the lower floor: You have to walk through the area with the bunk beds and Murphy bed to get to the private bedroom with a queen bed. Just mentioning it in case you have light sleepers.

After an extensive search for a lakefront house we could call our own, there was no contest. The views, the nearby attractions and the overall cozy nature of this home just could not be beat.

What makes this property unique

The amazing sunsets in this spot of the lake can't be conveyed in a photo. They have to be experienced in person. The access to the water and nature activities available always keep us busy when we visit. The town of Cadiz is charming. Great restaurants, antique shops and friendly folks.
