The Mas is located in the heart of the orchards and close to the amenities of the city.

We fell in love with this old farmhouse on our first visit in 2022.
- Authentic materials;
- Beautiful volumes of the living spaces: 50 m² kitchen, 80 m² living room;
- Large rooms: 4 rooms of 16 to 20 m², and 1 bedroom of 12 m²;
- A children's dormitory, which can be separated into 2 rooms of 10 m2;
- Sumptuous landscaped garden, typically Provençal (plane tree, lavender and cicada song!), all nicely renovated.

We do not live in Provence but we are now lucky enough to enjoy this beautiful place regularly. The rest of the time, we want this place to live and to be able to offer you beautiful moments, with family or friends.

A concierge will be present as soon as you arrive and when you leave. He knows the house perfectly and will be able to meet your needs on site.

The Mas offers comfortable volumes allowing you to enjoy a stay where everyone will find their space. This is undeniably the strong asset of the property: the indoor and outdoor spaces allow everyone to feel at ease, while enjoying multiple activities on site.

For the comfort of your stay, the Mas has a maximum capacity of 10 to 12 adults maximum and 3 to 5 children.

* On the ground floor:
- a fully equipped kitchen (50m²) with coffee makers (espresso and filter), kettle, hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and dining area;
- a lounge area, dining room (80m²) with dining table for 12 people, TV lounge area and billiard area;
- a separate toilet;
- a boiler room with washing machine, dryer and laundry equipment.

* on the ground floor
- a bedroom with shower room. 180 cm bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe;
- a bathroom;
- a separate toilet;
- a children's bedroom with pull-out bunk beds (3 children) communicating or not with a room - sofa bed and desk - which can be used as a playroom
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, storage set with shelves and wardrobe;
- a separate toilet;
- a bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. 180 cm bed, superb cement tiles on the floor, marble fireplace (decorative), high ceilings, chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- a bedroom with shower room and separate toilet. 160 cm bed, superb cement tiles on the floor, marble fireplace (decorative), high ceilings, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

* on the second floor, under the eaves, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a Terrazzo shower room and double sink, a storage set with shelves and wardrobe.

* Outside:
- a terrace shaded by a hundred-year-old plane tree that can accommodate your meals on a large table;
- an area with barbecue, pizza oven and sink;
- a 4 x 10 swimming pool (with deckchairs and parasols, alarm protection);
- a pool house with sofa area;
- a petanque court;
- a ping pong table;
- a car park that can accommodate 5 to 6 vehicles.

We want this house to be welcoming and for it to offer everyone the opportunity to spend pleasant moments.

Wifi and air conditioning are available throughout the Mas.
Home essentials will be available upon arrival to allow you to settle in with peace of mind.
