This is a great location. Reastrants, shoping, theaters, Boston Commons, and public transportation right at your door step. We enjoyed our vist to boston and this was a bargain for the location.

Works for us!

Just a block off the Commons this little gem was great for two best friends visiting Boston for the first time. Comfy mattresses, “real” coffee pot, secure building access all plusses, virtually steps from the T and lots of dining options. Nothing fancy and a noisy air conditioning unit

Smaller than expected + smoke smell

The location was perfect. The communication with the owners was great. However, the room itself was different than pictured and much smaller than expected. We made it work for just the two of us. Our main issue was the constant smell of tobacco smoke. It was like someone was blowing it right into our window. Also, the elevator broke on our last day and we had to lug our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. BUT, we felt safe, we walked everywhere, and it was perfectly located for the activities we wanted to do.

The checking in and out and communicating with the host was by far the easiest and best I have experienced. The pricing was a little high for the room quality but to defend the pricing we wasnt in the room that much and the location was perfect. The beds was probably the best I have ever slept on in a rental. I would rent again from here if I get the opportunity to re visit Boston.

Girls’ Trip

Just myself and my adult daughter- no kids, grandkids, partners, or pets. We missed our families, but were so relieved to find ourselves feeling safe and secure in a clean, comfortable, safe, and extraordinarily convenient location. We dined, theatered, and touristed, all within 10-15 minutes by foot or “T”. Exceeded expectations.
