Brand NEW luxury custom built home, finished in Fall of 2020 and newly furnished. 2 Master Bedroom Suites, 3 full baths and 1 half bath and sleeps up to 10 people. Approximately 3000 square feet of living space. 3 HUGE decks to enjoy the stunning sunset. All 4 bedrooms have HDTVs. Incredible open space on the second floor which includes dining room, living room and mounted TV. Sandy Cove has a private dock and an outdoor pool.

Why they chose this property
I bought this property in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic with my friend and co-host, Priscilla because it gave us serenity and a place to get away to from the city. We enjoy the peace and quiet we get in our ocean view community, water views, while also being minutes away from the beach.

Beautiful and serene, family friendly, it has almost everything you need in a house, new furniture, great decor, bay views, wonderful neighbors and community, minutes from Bethany beach.
