Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent, complete with Wi-Fi, with a floor area of 80 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a garden of approximately 400 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price.

The property is laid out as follows:

- A 30 m² living room with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob and Senseo coffee machine...
- Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). Four-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), and your bed will be made up on arrival
- Two bathrooms: one with a shower and bath, the other with a shower only, plus a toilet
- A lovely 400 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is ideally situated in Surzur, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market...

Kercolo "Very Difficult to find ( no house name ) Poor WiFi signal, wrong code given at first. As mentioned leaves and debris in rooms. Garden seats to relax in would be a bonus. Loose breakfast bar In kitchen, just saved items as they toppled off, we have tightened the screws to make it safer. All of these things were reported shortly after our arrival."

En pleine campagne

Nous avons eu la très bonne surprise qu’une chambre soit située au rdc (nous n’avions pas remarqué cela dans la description), et pour une personne ayant des difficultés à se déplacer, c’était idéal. Dommage que c’est été la chambre avec les lits simples. Nous avons été un peu étonnés en revanche par l’équipement en matériel de cuisine : pas de casserole ou de fait-tout assez grand pour faire cuire un tourteau par exemple, et toutes les casseroles et poêles étaient dans un état d’usage très avancé. En outre, il nous a manqué un espace extérieur couvert ainsi que la possibilité de faire sécher de grandes pièces de linge sans avoir recours au sèche-linge. La tranquillité du lieu (exceptionnelle!!) a été par ailleurs troublée par les travaux de terrassement entrepris dans la propriété mitoyenne qui onet touts grand récipient

Kercolo "Altes Bauernhaus mit Charme, etwas weit weg vom Schuss, besonders wenn die Straße nach Süden gesperrt ist (wofür der Vermieter natürlich nichts kann). Dafür ist es schon ruhig und ohne Verkehrslärm mit viel Natur drumherum. Im unteren Stock etwas muffig und einige Krabbeltiere. Den Kampf gegen Kellerasseln und Spinnen hat man wohl längst verloren. Oben alles okay. Im unteren Kinderzimmer sollte die Matratze ausgetauscht werden, da spürte selbst unser Jüngster den Lattenrost durch. Die beiden Bäder sind top. Auch die Küche war sehr großzügig."

Le cadre est plein de charme et toutes les instructions sont claires. Merci ! Petit axe d'amélioration : les lits simples en bas ont des matelas très mous et sont plus adaptés pour des enfants car ils sont très inconfortables pour des adultes"

Kercolo "Logement correspondant aux descriptifs et aux photos. Cette maison se situe en pleine campagne, parfait pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité et le calme. Pour les marcheurs et les cyclistes, il y a pas mal de possibilités pour faire de belles balades. Les chambres, les salles de bain sont très propres ainsi que la cuisine qui est bien équipée. Le seul petit bémol pour moi, cette maison bretonne en pierre, pleine de charme, manque un peu de luminosité dans la pièce de vie. Heureusement, qu’à cette période on peut profiter de l’extérieur. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour ici, l’arrivée avec la remise des clés est assez facile."
