A beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge/freezer).
1 double bedroom with a 160*200 bed, storage cupboard.
A bathroom with towel dryer. 1wc.

Upstairs you will discover:

1 bathroom with its double sink unit.
1 double bedroom with a 160*200 bed, chest of drawers for storage.
1 double bedroom with a 140*190 bed, storage cupboard.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90*190, chest of drawers for storage.

A removable safety barrier allows the floor to be closed.

You can take advantage of a large garage with table football to store your equipment (surfboards, paddles, bikes...).
