Comfortable, dog friendly, beautiful hill country!
We enjoyed our stay in the Boerne countryside. A short drive to town, but miles away from noise and crowds. This is a comfortable, peaceful place with everything you need. The property is completely fenced and in addition has a large dog run to keep your pups secure if you want to head to town for drinks and dinner. The owners are friendly and helpful, yet give you plenty of space and privacy. We enjoyed morning walks to the river at sunrise. Deer everywhere and we even saw wild turkeys. Will definitely stay here again!

Thank you John! It was a pleasure having you stay. Thank you for the kind review! ~Kristie
Originally when booking this trip we were only going to be staying the late evenings here after attending Fiesta in San Antonio but it was so comfy and cozy! Our boys had a blast playing the games that were there to use. Our kids are a lot older but the loved it. Has amazing Access to the Guadalupe river less that 10 mins away. The small town of Boerne is absolutely stunning! We had a great time here and Olán to visit in the future. Kristin made communication easy and flawless. We appreciated the fresh farm eggs and all she had to offer us. Thank you for a memorable trip.

Thank you Melissa!! So glad you had a nice day and come back and see us anytime!
Perfect place for a little R&R. I liked that it was off the beaten path and private, but still only a short drive to all sorts of activities. Plenty of room for my dog to run and play.
My husband and I just loved this place!! Just great views and so clean! Kristin was absolutely the best host you could ask for!! The stars at night and the smell of the hill country was just so perfect and beautiful! We had such a great time. We came for a Spartan race and the area was just perfect! We got to bring our dog and they had everything there! Binoculars to use and a bike to ride! Such a sweet family to book with and such a beautiful and CLEAN place to be in! We will absolutely be going back! Hands down one of the best places we've booked!

Sara - thank you so much for your sparkling review! We loved having you and your dog stay with us. We love sharing our piece of the hill country with others!
Take care and come see us again with the kiddos next time, so they can enjoy the river that is so close by!
We stayed in this house with our 2 month old baby and it was perfect for us. The house really utilizes the space and has all the amenities that you need. Check in was a breeze and Christi made sure we had everything we needed. The views are an added bonus!
The apartment is cozy and adorable. The owner checked in daily by text to make sure everything was satisfactory. Gorgeous location in the hill country close to the Cave Without a Name, which my family enjoyed so much.
My wife and I stayed at the property over the weekend and enjoyed it so much! It was well kept, tidy, and had all the amenities you’d need. The location also lends itself to great views of the hill country. Would stay again!

Thank you Alexander for your kind review! So glad you enjoyed your stay. Come back and see us again!!
The property adhered to its description. However, it's much closer to the main house than I thought it might be. That wasn't a problem, though. We were able to come and go as we pleased. The living quarters within the structure are fairly small. It might be a bit too cramped for any more than three persons. There were three in our party, so it was adequate.
Clean, beautiful, animal-friendly home away from home
We needed a place for us and our two cats to stay for two weeks while waiting to move into our new house, and this barndominium was absolutely perfect. Kristin and Robert were so nice and accommodating. They were quick to respond and even washed our towels for us. The barndominium itself was so clean and cozy with a full kitchen and cozy living room downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed watching the downstairs tv that had all streaming services logged on (Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc), and sitting outside on the outdoor furniture under the trees enjoying the fresh and quiet hill country air. This truly felt like a home away from home as Kristin and Robert thought of everything when setting this rental up. Though this rental is on the same property that the owners live on, you and your animals have plenty of privacy whether you’re relaxing inside or enjoying the quiet outdoors around the fire pit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable, animal-friendly, hill country getaway.

We chose to stay here because of the 5 star reviews and we were so glad we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We were very comfortable and the owner did not skip on the amenities. Everything we needed was provided. Our family really appreciated the binoculars and had a nice time stargazing the first night we were there. Our dog was also very happy there. We plan to stay here again the next time we come to the area, it is really that good!

Clean, clean, clean! This property offers 2 stories, well equipped kitchen, impeccable interior finishings, and PRIVACY! We enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evenings and watching shooting stars. The owner has 3 little dogs that we adored! We highly recommend this property and were not disappointed at all!

A very cute and cozy apartment in the country. New and spotless with many amenities. We enjoyed the starry nights and peaceful surroundings. During the day, there are short car trips to the cave and hiking near the Guadalupe River. We loved the restaurants and shopping in Boerne, a 20-25 minute drive.

We stayed for 1 week, waiting to move into our new home. There is a 20 minute drive to Boerne, but served our needs well. Being able to have our 2 dogs with us was a big benefit.

Thank you for staying with us Tim! We hope you are enjoying your new home!
My family and I had the BEST time here. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Just far enough if you want to relax, make smore's and see some wildlife, but just a short drive if you want to check out the town - there are some great family friendly restaurants and activities for all. Oh and Kristie and her pups were a great host!

This was the perfect home away from home. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is so cozy and on such beautiful property. Kristie was so helpful with detailed instructions about check in. We can’t wait for our next visit. We had the best time.

My family and two large dogs had a great stay at this property! It's cozy, but enough room for two teens and their parents. Nice outdoor space with fire pit and BBQ and dog run was perfect! We saw tons of deer and birds and beautiful drive in and out of area. Great location for Guadalupe River access, State Park and Cave close by. Kristin was also very responsive and flexible. Highly recommend!
