Updated river house has a fully equipped kitchen with granite and new appliances. Master bedroom with king bed and bathroom along with a fold out ottoman. Another bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. Another bedroom with 2 twin beds and bathroom by hallway door. Another bedroom with 2 twin beds and bathroom. Living room has fold out love set and a fold out ottoman. Backyard has fishing on the river and room for outdoor activities. There is patio area with fire pit and gas grill. Spacious parking in front of the house.

The kitchen is great. It is fully stocked with lots of dishes, pots and pans, utensils and spices. The granite countertops are beautiful and the eating area has a large table and a wonderful look out where you can watch all kinds of birds. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. The location is very close to the quality waters for fishing. I hope to stay again.

Love this place

Beautiful location, close to lake. Hot showers cold a/c and plenty of room for all of us. We have stayed here before and will always try to stay here when at Navajo!

The house was comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed for meals. Nice front porch deck. Heads up bring your own shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer, none provided.The outdoor property was beyond disappointing. Evenings were a bust. We were unable to enjoy any outdoor activities (horse shoes, corn hole, smores) on the property because it is overrun with ants. Thank goodness there must be some sort of barrier around the house because were no ants inside.

Great Time on the San Jaun

Very comfortable , clean and perfect location for a fishing trip on the San Jaun. The house was clean and was very well stocked with everything you might need . Beds were comfortable, excellent WiFi and plenty of areas to enjoy the cool evenings. Will definitely be back !
