Perfect crash pad for the Juan

Slept 7 of us comfortably. Coffee bar stocked. Could use an AC unit in one bedroom, but cracking the window with a fan did the trick.

The unit was clean and comfortable. We located plenty of coffee cup lids and sleeves, but no coffee cups to go with them. We didn’t bring any spices to cook with and couldn’t find any salt for our meals. Some spice and condiments would be nice. Had to ask for additional towels. Overall the unit was good with just a few minor things.

San juan/durango trip

Perfect for a Dad who wants to fish and family who wants to ride the Polar Express. Location was close to both and the property was great for a landing zone. Clean and comfortable

The house is roomy enough for 4 adults. The only reason for 4 stars is the amenities could have been better. Could have use a large frying pan and some larger bowls for snacks and such. The kitchen had very few cooking items. Very limited in glassware. All the toilets took forever to fill back up with water. Overall, the price range was reasonable and the unit is clean.

Nice place.

Good stay with 7 family members. Much better than 3 hotel rooms. Road to location ruff and complicated. Wierd there's 2 separate bathrooms in master bedroom but nice to have. Some leftover Marijuana residue in tray on livingroom coffee table. Sign of the times? No soap or shampoo i baths so plan for that.

Better than the pictures provided!!

It was a short trip for us. We normally camp but thought of trying a rental this time and it did not disappoint! The pictures are not updated and we were pleasantly shocked upon arriving. My youngest is 1 and there was no pack and play or high chair which isn’t a big deal for our family personally but for others this could be your deal breaker. Think we found our new salmon snagging rental! Be back in October!!
