Welcome to this adorable recreational vehicle in Navajo Dam. This charming property offers a cozy bedroom with one queen bed and one sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. Perfect for a small group of guests. Quick access to the San Juan River and storage for your fishing poles. We also can provide a guided float trip down the river for an additional charge. With amenities like heating and AC, complimentary coffee and tea, you'll stay comfortable throughout your stay. There is a fire pit, BBQ and a covered eating area. We provide briquettes and firewood. Nearby, the Navajo Dam Marina has boat rentals and other recreational activities. There are many roads traversing the BLM lands for your off road activities. Wines of the San Juan is 5 miles down the road and their beautiful grounds and wonderful wines make for a great evening of relaxation, with live music on Sundays and on other events. With beautiful views and quiet neighbors, this location is ideal for your Navajo Dam vacation.
