House 5 minutes from the beach, shared swimming pool in the residence

A 5-minute walk from the beach and just a stone’s throw from our residence’s pool, our 35 m² holiday home is located in a quiet, family-friendly area. It has been recently renovated. It sleeps 4 people.
Within a 5- to 10-minute walk, you’ll have access to amenities: the beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment in city centre, a bocce court, a playground, and the Chemin des Exals trail to reach the harbour and explore the Clape Massif.

Parking space for your car and free parking nearby.

-On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a closet and a 140x200 double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, as well as a combined living room and kitchen with a sofa, TV...
-Upstairs: a bedroom with two bunk beds and a closet, and a walk-in closet on the landing.
-20 m² outdoor area: shaded patio with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a shed with an electric grill, and beach toys for children.
-Sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are provided.
-For babies, the following are available: a travel cot, a high chair, a toilet seat riser for older children, and a step stool.

Everything you need for a pleasant holiday is provided.

The pool is open from June 15 to September 30, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Swim shorts are not allowed; only swimming costumes are permitted.
Additional notes
Check-in is scheduled for the afternoon starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

The coffee maker is a Dolce Gusto pod machine.
