Nestled along a serene stretch of beach, this charming cottage offers the ideal blend of relaxation and coastal charm. With its newly refreshed name and newly updated decor, Island Beach Cottage invites you to unwind in a peaceful and inviting Hutchinson Island, FL where the sound of the waves and the salty breeze are your constant companions. Hutchinson Island, located an hour north of West Palm Beach is one big best-kept secret in itself. As a barrier island nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the serene Indian River on Florida’s Treasure Coast, much of the location remains in its wild natural state with 20 miles of sandy beaches that are some of the least crowded you’ll find on the Atlantic Coast.

Some amenities were lacking. No wash clothes or dish clothes. Only one hand towel. No electric coffee pot. Only an espresso machine and a non electric drip coffeemaker.

For clarity, washcloths and towels are provided, with additional towels available in the closets of both bedrooms. To maintain high hygiene standards, we offer paper towels for kitchen use rather than reusable dishcloths. Extra paper towels and toilet paper are stored in the guest bathroom closet for convenience. Regarding coffee, the home is equipped with both a Nespresso espresso machine and a drip coffee maker, offering options to suit a variety of preferences. We make ourselves readily available during each stay and are always happy to assist with any questions or needs. We regret that we were not contacted during your visit, as we would have been glad to help address any concerns in real time. Based on our consistently high ratings on VRBO and other short-term rental platforms, we take great pride in providing a positive experience for our guests. While we welcome constructive feedback, we also value the opportunity to clarify when a review may not fully reflect the amenities provided or the overall stay. A clean and well maintained property with a light filled and spacious lay out. It’s a quiet neighbor with the only sounds are the nearby ocean and a distant train. There are also lots of trees on that property which make it even more pleasant.
