My wife and I are from Massachusetts and run a rental company on Cape Cod. Moving to Florida is our goal when we retire but in the meantime, we are renting out our lovely house until then. We have tried to equip the house with not just what a weekly tenant may look for but have set it up with most things that you would expect to have at your own home. We hope you enjoy your stay.
Why they chose this property
North Hutchinson island where this home is located is very convenient to everything you love about Florida. The beach is just a few minute walk, there is a convenience store and a restaurant within walking distance, the famous waterfront restaurant Little Jim's is about a mile away. There is a large public boat ramp right around the corner as well as a state park that borders the beach and Fort Pierce Inlet.
Downtown Fort Pierce and South Hutchinson Island is about 6 minutes away and has lots of things to do and places to eat. Vero Beach is also about a 20 minute drive on the barrier island and is a great little beach town as well.
If you are into pickleball, there is a court very close by at Pepper Park which is right next to the Navy Seal Museum. There are 4 paddles and balls at the house.
If you have a kayak or bike, there are great places to go. You can kayak through the mangoes for days. We like to ride our bikes off road through the couple of large loops that are cut into the local county parks within about 5 minute bike ride away.
We had vacationed in the neighborhood for 3 years before we bought and knew that was the only place in the area we wanted a house. We hope you will find the area as lovely as we do.

What makes this property unique
This house is great because of its large open living/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms each with private bathrooms. Our pool is right off the kitchen and gets direct sun most of the afternoon and shade late in the day. There is an overhang to stay out of the sun too. In the back yard you will find a grill, picnic table and umbrella and there are 4 Adirondack chairs and gas firepit in a sandy, beach like area to end the night. There are many fruit and vegetable plants around the yard so please feel free to eat anything that looks ripe.
