The location was great, short Uber rides anywhere we needed to go. The place was clean and check in was so easy.

This place is great and got even better. We stayed here back in 2019 and enjoyed the property. The local area has since added many new buildings and revitalized many in the surrounding neighborhoods. I love that this property is easy walking distance, with sidewalks, to Vanderbilt, Marathon Motorworks, and downtown. The BBQ place right next door, Jacks, is great. As advertised, our unit was very clean, beds comfortable, and laundry on premise.

It was good for the price. Not really within walking distance of anywhere in my opinion. We mostly got Ubers, which were quick and inexpensive, so it worked out fine. Only supplied 6 towels for our family of 4 so we had to wash often, which was a little inconvenient. But as far as price, it was the best we found, and it seemed like a safe enough area.

Yes, they were very communicative and let me know when my rental was available, which was few hours before the normal check in time. The host also had several amenities available and waiting in our unit: spices, coffee, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs.

We had lots of communication from the host, it was a walkable location and was a clean property. We walked to broadway every day and had no issues with the walk. It was hard having one bathroom for 6 girls but overall we managed, there were lots of mirrors which made getting ready helpful.

21st Birthday

Took my granddaughter & her friend to Nashville to shop, drink , dance, eat . Did not disappoint! The girls had a blast. Went by to fast . Felt safe.

We headed down to Nashville for an all women’s birthday party and it was a perfect place. The property was centrally located among all areas of Nashville with easy Uber access. The place was quiet and clean and we had an amazing time!

Definitely worth the cost!

The apartment was just right for 4 people. The place was clean with comfy beds and pillows. Quick Lyft ride to downtown took about 8 minutes and cost less than $15.00.
