Welcome to our 2 BEDROOM / 1 BATH LUXE CONDO & is directly on MUSIC ROW! GUITAR SHAPED POOL!

* HeiarLivin Nashville Vacation Rentals has 10 properties in downtown Nashville.

This is our 2 BEDROOM / 1 BATH condo that sleeps 8. It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, MODERN & LUXE VIBE! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is truly one of a kind in the building!

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed & Twin Bunks (sleeps 4)
- Custom made bunks; very sturdy for adults

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)

Common Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa w/ memory foam mattress (sleeps 2)

MAIN:
The modernized kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 5 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel as there is an electric fireplace for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows.

BATH:
There is a double sink vanity & standing glass shower - each having their own door for more privacy while getting ready.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

We had a great stay at this Nashville rental! The neighborhood was quiet and surrounded by famous recording studios. It was the perfect distance from Broadway, close enough to enjoy everything, but far enough to relax. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was amazing and super responsive, which made everything easy. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Great and safe location! Brewery and Live Oak neighborhood bar and a coffee shop were just a quick 2 minute walk away. Nice easy walk to the gulch and we chose to uber to Broadway, which was easy and inexpensive. Property was clean and had everything we needed from an iron or steamer to curling irons!

Beautiful in perfect location

Place was super cute! Check in was super easy with clear instructions. The set up of the place is perfect for multiple people. The fact that the toilet shower and TWO sinks were all separated making an easy flow for people to get ready. I was with my mom and 3 kids but would be perfect for a girls trip! TONS of mirrors!! I would definitely recommend this place. It was wonderful! Also pool was awesome! But it did appear bigger in the pictures overall I’m super satisfied

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was exactly as described and very comfortable. The location is great for all things Nashville. Traffic was pretty heavy during the times we wanted to go out so we left the car in the garage most trips. Uber stops at the Virgin hotel immediately behind this property and it is an effortless walk. When we did drive ourselves, we never had any problems getting a spot in the building’s parking.The condo was spotless and well taken care of. Everything appeared to be recently updated. It was very quiet. We didn’t hear a peep out of anyone else in the building. Very happy we chose this location and I bet you will be too!

Marathon weekend

The rental is clean, comfortable, and located in a perfect area of Nashville! We could easily walk, use the electric scooters, or use ride share to the downtown bars, restaurants, and attractions. The rental had all of the necessary amenities to prepare meals. We will definitely rent again.
