Very good location. Short walk to the beach. Very nice pool and hot tub. The host Ron was easy to get ahold of and very responsive to question's and concerns.

Wonderful Location!

The townhouse is a wonderful fit for a family of six. The workspace allowed those that needed to work the ability to do so. A short walk to the South Beach access point was a desirable feature. The pool/spa was right out the back door. It was clean and had ample room to enjoy sun filled days!

We are a repeat customer and love that the beach access is at the end of the street The pool, hot tub and pickle ball court amenities are also great Communication with the owner is always spot on and any requests are met immediately The place is fully equipped with linens, beach towels and all the things you need to cook for yourself should you wish The Island has many wonderful restaurants so no need to cook if you did not want to The beach has some of the best shells on the world but us mostly white sand for miles Another awesome stay. Wish we could stay longer

Perfect Rental

We love Town House Square! Ron and Marie made the rental process easy. Great communication before/during/after. The unit was fully stocked and met all our needs. They were still regrouping from the hurricane that hit FL but made sure their unit was ready for rentals. Thanks Ron and Marie…can’t wait to go back!

Super, Friendly Accomodations

Only had two issues with equipment at condo which was addressed within minutes of text! Unit fully equipped including bikes and beach cart! Very private and quiet facility. Unit has multiple lianas off each floor front and back. Great for reading or watching life on Marco Island ; )

Excellence in Marco Island

The property was spacious and at the end of the street there is direct beach access It was fully equipped with everything you need for a long stay. It was very clean with lots of linens and washer and dryer in the unit. The residents of the complex are very friendly. The bikes allowed us to explore more of the island and we truly enjoyed our stay. Wish we had stayed longer. Beds are comfortable and all appliances are new or work very well. A real gem!

A Month in Paradise

We rented this townhome for a month after a long year at home during Covid. The townhome was perfect for our family. The beds were all very comfortable, everything was clean and well furnished. My husband worked from home during the entire trip and the internet worked perfectly. This unit is in a small townhome complex with a courtyard style pool backing up to the townhomes. Walking out to the pool and hot tub is really just steps away and many times it is like having a private pool. The South Marco Beach entrance is on the same street as the townhome. It is within walking distance, however there is a parking lot where you can pay to park also. The hosts were very easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay so much that we were sad to see it come to an end even after being there for a month.

As much as we are enjoying this stage of our family, we are also looking forward to the future. We love the beach, boating, sporting activities and we enjoy spending time with each other.

Why they chose this property

Marco Island has always reserved a special place in our hearts and we often envisioned owning property here. When we discovered this townhouse we knew that this was meant to be. This destination has it all: charming entry courtyard, modern kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, and ground floor bedroom. Both third story bedrooms have their own private balcony and bathroom. It's located on the highly desirable south end of Marco Island with so much to offer! Fishing, kayaking, boating, para-sailing, jet-ski rentals, the Marco Island Resident's Beach, pier, parks, and great local restaurants are just a few minutes walk or bike ride away. Come and enjoy the comfort of a three story townhouse with community amenities – including a work from home office space, pool, spa, and tennis. Soon you will be surrounded by the warm, tranquil waters of the Gulf Coast and enjoying the friendly, laid back Marco Island vibe.
