Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Brand new king size bed in master. Queen size bed and 1 twin in guest. Kept clean. End unit comes with large front porch with outdoor furniture. Ceiling fans in each bedroom for a comfortable nights sleep. New master bedroom furniture, couch, 2 recliner and TV. Recently painted. Plantation shutters throughout, Hunter douglas vertiglide on sliders. Nicely tiled flooring. Equipped with kitchen utensils and linens.

Fabulous Marco Island

The location of this unit is fabulous! It is close to the beach and the view from the lanai is beautiful! The condo was very clean, well-stocked with nice appliances (great icemaker), paper products, cleaning supplies, stocked kitchen, new shower head, and comfortable furniture. The people at Eagle Cay are very welcoming and friendly. The complex provided very nice grills, clean pools and many extra facilities we enjoyed such as the pickleball courts and bike racks.

Great Stay

Eagle Cay was a great place to stay. Pickle ball , tennis court and nice pool area. You can walk to beach or use public parking which is an $8.00 all day fee. Photos were accurate.

We were lucky to get this property.

The condo was exactly as described. Communication with the owner was always quick. Other residents in the complex were very friendly. Even though our vacation was a little “twilight zone” like given the Covid 19 pandemic closures, we enjoyed staying here.

Home away from Home

The minute we arrived at this condo, we were immediately pleased. Everything on the description was true and more. The grounds are immaculately groomed and the condo was so cute and relaxing. Art, the owner, was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Adan, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful. This is a hidden gem. Close to everything but yet the location is quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Tropical Paradise

This was our family's 5th trip to Florida, and it is safe to say that, so far, this has been the best by far. The building and room were clean and well kept, and everything was well organized. The balconies were shaded and provided a clear view of a canal with many interesting boats passing by. The facilities included a large and beautiful swimming pool as well as a tennis court, both of which we enjoyed during our stay. The property is only a short walk away from the beach in one direction, and from a shopping center in the other. We would very much recommend this place to friends and family who wish to vacation in Florida.

Perfect location, great owner, and quiet, clean accommodations. Loved it.

This was exactly the kind of accommodation we were hoping for on our trip to Marco Island. The owner, Art, was very friendly and easy to work with. The building and unit were very clean and well-maintained. The patio on the back of the property has an excellent view, and we enjoyed watching boats slowly glide down the waterway. The property had everything we needed: a well-stocked kitchen, WiFi, comfortable rooms and furniture, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The pool is just a few steps away. You'll be glad you stayed here.

This Gem is perfect!

We stayed here in May (calendar wouldnt go that far back) for a guys golf trip!! It was perfect. Art is a great guy and very comfortable to deal with. We will be back for sure. We're actually hoping no one else finds this spot. Super clean and the pool is an added bonus us!

Fantastic Family Vacation and Condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean, bright and comfortable. The kids loved fishing from the docks and swimming in the pools. It was peaceful and quiet. Walking distance to south beach. We loved having breakfast on the lanai in the morning watching the boats go by. It exceeded our expectations and the owner was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.
