About the host
Hosted by Aven Dawson
I'm from Poole Quay UK were Im proud to call my home town. I have always loved the sea, you can blame that Jaques-Yves Cousteau & 007's Thunderball are to blame for my love of the sea, from Amarica Cup 12m Sailing to SCUBA. Also sitting on the Dock outside the Pubs waiting for parents drinking at the Nelson Pub. ;-)
Why they chose this property
Well I know the area and i had always thought it was a magical place, from Vikings to Pirets and now HQ for the RNLI. Also it was afordable at the time. (Definitely not 1/2 millon pounds that some have sold for today) Crazy! Were is now the Fisherman's car park, there was an RAF Recovery Boat, (Spitfire of the sea) I used to play on it pretending I was the officer in charge.
Sometimes the RNLI resue rocket would explode in the air signaling the Recue Staff to get to the Boat!

What makes this property unique
It a change to live to the part of Old Poole, this is going to sound a bit spacey, there's a sort of Welcome home Safe haven feeling the house has always had, even before it was renavated, others have felt this not just me!
