Ski View Condominiums are so well known amongst people who love coming to Red River for their vacation! These have so much to offer such as great views, the massive community deck allowing guests the perfect place to relax, and enjoy the amazing weather Red River has to offer. Use the Ski Views community gas BBQ grills (Gas Cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate, and Ski View Association) to show off your grill skills! The Ski View Condos are right off Main Street making them perfect for any guests to wanting to walk through the town stopping at the many stores and restaurants. You are even in easy walking distance to the Ski and Summer Area. Enjoy the commons area that is provided by the Ski View Condos, a great place for anyone wanting to get away and watch some TV, play games, or even do laundry with the coin-operated washer/dryer that is able to be used by all Ski View guests. Even though these units are Condo's, step through the front doors and be amazed at how roomy this units truly are! They are so spacious that it is a better choice than a lodge or a hotel! Ski View Condo 3 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home that is on the upper level of the Ski Views. Step through the front door into the open living room, dining area, and kitchen. In the living room, stoke the wood-burning fireplace before you go watch the TV with a DVD player giving guests the option of watching satellite or movies brought from home. The Ski Views also provide free WiFi for guests to use during their stay! The two sofas in the living room are sleeper sofas and may be pulled out to give an additional two queen beds. In the two dining areas, you will plenty of seating for everyone at your party. The kitchen is very open so anyone in the kitchen will never have to miss out on any of the fun! Since this unit is on the top floor you will have a door leading from the living room onto the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views that Red River has to offer! Walk down the hallway to find the two bedrooms that this home has to offer. The bedroom to the right is equipped with a queen bed and a TV. The second bedroom to the left-hand side also has a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have access to both of the hallway bathrooms. These condos are truly one of Red River's most lovable places. Want a vacation home that has it all? Stay here and fall in love with the Ski Views like many before!

Red River Condo

We were very happy with the spaciousness of the condo and the way it was equipped. We hosted dinner for 12 people for 2 nights and we had plenty of plates and silverware. Bathrooms were a little cramped and there were stains on the carpet but otherwise everything was great.

Renter Beware

This rental unit has not been maintained or cleaned well. Mouse sticky trap in closet, Horrible looking carpet with rips and tears, bedroom ceiling fan broke where had to unscrew light bulbs to have lights off and use fan, horrible very old looking box spring in one bedroom, stains on couches, smelly old enclosed carpeted stairway to get to room, broken wooden chair on porch that could not be sat in, dirty dishes were still in dishwasher, could not get tv in either bedroom to work, one is very outdated tv, had to re-hang one side of curtains in living room to even be able to close them. Getting to your 5 day vacation rental and finding this is very disturbing. Even if the owners were to offer to move us to any of their other units we knew the same people cleaned and should have reported these problems. NOT the one renting the unit the day they arrived for their vacation. Keep looking if you come across another Skyview Condos listing.
