We loved Valley Condo! Just a couple minutes from all the happenings of Red River, which was a perk for us. They easily accommodated for our late check in, the condo was exactly as pictured, beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. 10/10 recommend!

Love that Valley Condos is dog friendly (designated rooms only). Had I known in advance, I would have reserved one of these condos and brought my fur baby!

Sheets

First night upstairs was hot all night. No A/c. Sheets on the king size bed was covered in material balls that felt like sandpaper. The first night we got NO sleep. The next day the property mngr did say she was going to retire that sheet. She gave us a fan and a new king fitted sheet. Rest of stay was fine.

Relaxing Place to Stay

We were there for the Oktoberfest - well the husband and I went for the Fall Foliage - it was so beautiful during our stay. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.
