Top floor right around the corner from the elevator and laundry room in building 3, which has an indoor pool, hot tub, running track, wi-fi cafe, exercise room, kiddie pool, & reading area for bad weather days or winter. Outdoor pool right outside bottom of building and larger pool outdoors in building 1 with a deli for snacks. Master Br has a new king bed with own full bath, guest br has full under twin bunk and a set of twin bunks also and a full bath in the hall just outside-sleeps 5 in guest BR. TV's in both br's, AC, living room, dining room seats 6 with mid century modern 1950's furniture and cookware, and full kitchen. Take a stroll on the composite deck boardwalk through a tidal marsh to see nature on the 4 minute walk (about 300 yds) to the private beach and Coco's bar at the end without ever crossing the roads with kids or beach gear. There's a driver to take you to and from the beach on the boardwalk during the summer also. Mid-island located and short walk to beach, near golf-right next door is a course, shopping, restaurants, and everything from this mid-island located gated resort.
This condo can accommodate six to seven people comfortably (note: regime rules allow for max of 4 adults plus children in 2 bedroom condos)

The dining room has a mid century modern 1950's furniture including- dining table and chairs, buffet, and hutch. We have Pyrex, Corelle, Fire King, and Glasbake to use in the retro feel if you want. We have a booster seat, potty seat, and step stool for little ones also.

A fully equipped kitchen makes everything from breakfast on the way out the door to the beach - or dinner after a relaxing day of fun in the sun - all a breeze.

Relax in the morning with a cup of coffee on the front patio seating area - or peacefully recline in the evenings listening to the kids playing in the pool.

The condo comes with bed linens, bath towels and starter supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper (this is not a hotel so you will likely have to purchase additional paper supplies if staying longer than 3-4 days, depending on the number of guests).

This gated resort features 2 outdoor pools, deli/gift shop (in season), indoor (heated) pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise equipment room, indoor walking track, plus 8 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, badminton court, butterfly garden, and more all at no additional charge. The condo is extremely convenient to some of the best golf in the world- the Robert Trent Jones ocean course on Palmetto Dunes is immediately adjacent. Walk the boardwalk to the beach (or ride the shuttle if its in season) and make a stop at Coco's On The Beach for some refreshments and perhaps some sand volleyball (in season- generally April-Oct). There is the Hilton Head Breeze Trolley that runs free and can take you around the island. Stops right at the resort
