Just a perfect place. Squeaky clean and absolutely everything you need for a getaway. Quick, scenic walk to the beach. I won’t even look through other listings on our next Hilton Head visit, I’ll just automatically reserve here.

The condo was clean and spacious. We made use of the bunk bed which was helpful. We didn’t really need to use many kitchen items, but it appeared to be well-stocked. Thank you for everything!

Bailey is an absolutely amazing host! She answered any question and helped all along the way, never had to wait more than a couple of mins for a response. The house was perfect for our family! Very clean and comfortable! House has everything you may need for the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella and toys). We will definitely stay with Bailey again!

Communication with Bailey was very prompt & seamless She was always very quick to respond to questions we had prior to arriving -about what specifics were in the condo as well as walking distance for my 82 yr old mother we had with us. Also checked in with us via email mid stay to see if everything was to our satisfaction. The condo itself is so very tastefully decorated and well appointed for staying. Everything was clean, beds, living room furniture & patio furniture all very comfortable & in nice condition. All was just as pictured in website. Really appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella, towels, even the wagon to haul the gear! Amenities for dishes, laundry & toilette were more than ample for our 3 day stay. Plenty of pool & clubhouse amenities & ez access to private beach path. Nice private balcony overlooking private golf course. Had a great stay with zero complaints! Would definitely stay again!

Great location and quiet.

It was really easy to book this property. I had a few questions before our arrival that were quickly answered. Accessing the complex and home was very easy. The home is located with the balcony facing the golf course which was nice and quiet. A quick walk to the beach. We took advantage of the chairs and umbrella available to visitors. We rented e bikes and loved being able to ride them on the paths outside of the complex. Overall it was a great location, nice home and friendly people within the complex too. Thank you for a nice first visit to Hilton Head.

At this price point I don’t think you can do any better. The listing is accurate. The property is clean. The location is in walking distance to the pool and the beach. Bailey was accommodating and kind. I would 100% book this property again. Book with confidence.

The host was amazing and property was amazing, everything is as listed with one minor issue, when I booked it said bikes were included, but the host explained they were misplaced and the posting took a bit a longer to change, if it's something of interest, I would suggest confirming. Other than that we loved it, plenty of space for the kids and the kitchen was fully equipped we enjoyed making few meals on the rainy days. The host was super accommodating, very responsive, and easy to deal with, which provided extra comfort on our vacation.

This was everything we expected it to be and more! Truly a family friendly place, this condo was perfect for our family of five, and very clean! Just a short walk to the beach and close to some of our favorite places in Hilton Head. Would most definitely stay again!

Wonderful spot for a family beach vacation! Kids loved the bunk beds and having 2 bathrooms for a family is key. Plenty of beach amenities and a pack and play for the baby. Easy walk to the beach. Clean property with a simple check in and check out; host was very reachable and responsive. Would love to come back again!
