Welcome to the Spanish Village by the Sea! Enjoy beautiful sunsets and temperate ocean breezes throughout your stay here. You are a short walk to beaches and the beach trail. Relax with an outdoor patio and grill, steaming TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and extras like bikes, beach chairs, wagon, and boogie boards provided. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated, you are sure to enjoy your stay!

This modern coastal condo provides a perfect vacation home for a family with children or a fun getaway with friends.

The living room, dining area and kitchen all flow into one large spacious area for you to live in. Enjoy streaming TV or a delicious home-cooked meal prepared in a true cook’s kitchen.

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find the master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a desk for working. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with twin bed above and books and toys to keep the little ones entertained. A full bathroom with bathtub and shower will keep everyone clean.

The outdoor patio boasts comfortable patio seating and has a gas grill, so you can easily cook your favorite meals outside and enjoy them in the fresh air.

Absolutely loved our stay. This was a beautiful condo in mint condition. Clean, new and stocked with everything you would need for a fabulous beach vacation. The location was perfect. We were in the area for a surf competition and couldn't wait to return to this wonderful condo at the end of the day. Such a treat! Highly recommend!

Awesome place! Super clean, well decorated, new, very comfortable, great size space with a really convenient garage and parking. Location is perfect, walkable to dining and beach, yet on a quiet street. Host are very responsive and have pretty much everything needed for a great stay. Kitchen is well furnished and has pretty much everything for anyone wanting to cook all meals.

Very open space for our family and a great location to everything in San Clemente, especially the pier, beach and main strip. Great to have all the beach supplies provided too.We had a few issues with streaming and ants in the kitchen. Jordan quickly brought over things to assist with the ant issue and it did resolve the problem. It also would have been helpful to have a utility drawer to address small things that might be needed, like tape. Overall a good place and location. Would recommend!
