Very quiet. Pets are allowed. Maximum number of pets is 2. There will be an extra charge of 25Per weekend for 1 pet and 10. Per night for second pet. If you areABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. Please bag all garbage and place in outside trash can upon departure. Thank you. If you are bringing a pet or pets, it needs to be specified so the fee can be added at the time of booking

Great little hideaway!

Very nice property with everything you need to enjoy some time with family and hit the slopes. Comfortable and cute and very responsive property manager.

Amazing find!

We were looking for a place to stay in order to explore the Berkley Springs area. This little gem is everything it promises to be. With only 15 minutes to get to Berkley Springs, the owner has thought of everything to make your stay cozy, convenient, and secluded. She decorated for the fall holidays with beautiful little accents. There extra toiletries, amazingly comfortable beds, and pillows. Every corner of this home was clean and ideal for our stay. highly highly recommend!

This was a very enjoyable long weekend…. This little house is perfect for small family. Had a fire pit for nice evenings outside. Inside was well equipped with anything you need. Very clean with nice decorative touches. Perfect
