This is a non-smoking, no pet rental. *Guests may not trailer in motor boats or ATV's for their use (Due to Voss Mountain POA restrictions, ATVs are not permitted at the property). * No firearms allowed. West Virginia fishing license required. *The owner is not responsible for an injury resulting from the use of the river or the bunkbeds.

- Note: This property requires stairs to access and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- Note: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the gated driveway entrance overlooking the driveway, another camera is located on the house overlooking the driveway, and the third camera is under deck aimed at the entrance door to the crawl space. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video, but are off while guests are present
