Comfortable house, with great terrace and pool

We spent a week in the end of June 2017 with our family and friends in this beautiful villa. This was a fantastic experience. Lovely and very comfortable house, with great terrace and pool. It is very convinient to travel around the whole Istria from here. A car is a must. Aleks and Ester can give you insider tipps and great ideas for sightseeing. The views are breathtaking. The villa is equipped with all and any amenities. But feel free to ask the home owners for anything. This is a family run operation that treats their guests as family and goes above and beyond to assure your stay is exactly what you had hoped for. The pool is a dream. We highly recommend this home. We are certain you will absolutely enjoy your stay.

Mit Freunde/Familie Perfekt

Die Unterkunft ist Super! Die Lage ist sehr Schön, allerdings etwas von der Stadt abgelegen. Wer viel Zeit mit seinen Freunden oder der Familie verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist in Drei „Wohnungen“ unterteilt. Somit kann man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Villa, Pool, Aussicht und der Steinstrand sind die Highlights.

Traumhaus am Meer

Wir haben im August 2017 für 7 Nächte die Villa Olea besucht. Wir sind 13 Freunde im Alter zwischen 23 und 28. Beim Buchen der Villa haben wir uns noch Sorgen gemacht, dass es vielleicht vor Ort ganz anders aussehen könnte wie auf den Bildern. Diese Sorge war aber absolut unbegründet! Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnungen sind großzügig geschnitten, hell und top ausgestattet. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber. Die 3 Küchen sind gut ausgestattet. Alle Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei, wobei wir sie dank der Fensterläden (lichtundurchlässig) und Moskitonetze nicht oft in Betrieb hatten. Zum Außenbereich: Der Pool war sehr sauber und der Garten gepflegt. Der Blick über den Infinity-Pool aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Auf der Terasse war genügend Platz für uns alle und auch der obere Balkon bietet einen tollen Ausblick und viel Platz. Aleks war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns viele Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Zum Meer fährt man nur ein paar Minuten. In Labin sind große Einkaufszentren. Wenn wir es noch einmal schaffen, terminlich alle unter einen Hut zu bekommen, würden wir die Villa Olea auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Darüber waren wir uns alle einig. Fazit: Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Traumurlaub abgelegen von dem Massentourismus

Liebe Familie Baric, wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg noch einmal ganz herzlich für Ihre Gastfreundschaft während unseres Urlaubes im Juli 2017 bedanken. Wir fanden das Haus und die Lage des Hauses spitze, wichtig war uns dass wir ein wenig vom Massentourismus weck waren. Es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Villa Olea ist das perfekte Urlaubsziel, um einen entspannten Urlaub mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer und einem Fjord zu genießen. in der Nähe befindet sich auch eine schöne Bucht wo wir auch an einigen Tagen auch ganz alleine waren. Wir waren mit mit 4 Familien da. Das Haus ist sehr sauber gut durchdacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und super aufgeteilt, für 3 bis 4 Familien, jeder hat seinen privaten Bereich. Wir waren mit der Ausstattung des Ferienhauses und dem Pool sehr zufrieden. Morgens könnten wir schon auf der Terrasse in der Sonne frühstücken. Ihre Tipps haben wir dankbar angenommen und dadurch gute Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten kennengelernt. Liebe Grüße aus Fulda und Köln die Ganze Familie Hamm und Kinder
