Large and spacious guest house located in a quiet place, perfect for a family reunion or a stay with friends. It is also ideally located for many visits: Vulcania, the puy de Dome, hiking, visit Clermont-Ferrand ... It is composed as follows: on the ground floor: living room-kitchen, lounge area with a wood stove (wood: 1 first half free then 30 € / half stere), a room with 1 bed 140 and a bathroom / wc. First floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 bed 90 and a bathroom / wc. You will enjoy a large outdoor area with a very nice view over the surrounding countryside. Unfenced land of 1955 m². Private parking in front of the house. Electric heating according to consumption. Shops and services in Herment and Gelles 10km.
