One of Folly's Best! Oceanfront Nest Up is an upstairs duplex unit that sits oceanfront and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. In total there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king beds, one a queen and all have Smart TVs for your enjoyment. The kitchen boasts all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Take the spiral staircase up to the private master suite loft and you will find your very own accommodations that look out directly onto the ocean. It is truly a sight to be seen! Follow the double doors out to your own private deck area which leads to your access to the sand. There is plenty of area to lay out and sun or cook out with the family. The entry point to the path to the Morris Island Lighthouse is less than a block away and would take just about 10 minutes on foot. Off street parking is provided and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles for this unit.

Oceanfront Nest Up allows up to 3 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire.

The house had a well appointed kitchen. Everything was there to make dinners for the family. Pet friendly was great too. Just a few steps to the beach and a sunrise view from the wonderfully comfortable porch furniture was to die for.We did not know from the listing that this house had a lower level for a separate renter. It was empty during our stay so we got a couple extra parking spots.

New Years Get away...

We had a refreshing stay. Loved the Ocean view - couldn't be better. Great # of Bed and Bath for our family. Also, loved that it was pet friendly.

The location, view of the beach, and accessibility of the beach was amazing. It's as good as pictured. Funishings and bathrooms were nicely updated. Separate bedroom space is great, including the upper private bed and bath upstairs. Little hard to keep the home cool with hot temps and instructions in the book at check-in state that renters aren't allowed to lower the thermostat past 72 degrees which wasn't great for sleeping for our family. Overall great stay though!

Winter Beach Escape

We absolutely loved our stay! You cannot beat the location of this property. Steps from the ocean!!! The views from the house are spectacular! The house was very clean and well cared for. Communication with the property manager was responsive and easy. The neighborhood felt very safe. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay- this house has the ultimate beach view and access- and this time of year without the crowds is perfect. The weather was perfect and the beds were comfy. There are an abundance of televisions in the house- and the dining room table was perfect for our puzzle!

Fantastic location!

Literally Right on the beach. A wall of windows looks out onto the beach and ocean. Wonderful deck with a handy shower on the stairs to remove sand. Great house. VERY well cleaned. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Winter Break Trip

Easy Beach access and great deck to sit and watch the beach. Saw dolphins every day while having morning coffee on the deck. Had some nice walks to see the Morris Island lighthouse (.6 miles away). Enjoyed Center Street in Folly which wasn’t real crowded in February (about 3 miles away). Overall a nice quiet family getaway.

Awesome Weekend at the Beach

The house was exactly as shown in photographs and in the description. The deck is awesome and provided a perfect spot to go down to the beach and relax. Our dog had a great time bouncing back and forth between the house/deck and the beach. Inside the house, the rooms are exactly as shown and were made up perfectly for our stay. We really enjoyed the visit and are looking forward to coming back to Folly Beach soon.

Perfect little hideaway

Came down for a long weekend to celebrate my husband and daughter’s birthdays. My son is a Knob at the citadel and just happened they were able to get day leave on Saturday and Sunday. This was a great place for my son and a few other cadets that live out of state to come and relax for the day. One young man is from Iowa, and this was the first time he had ever been to the beach!! This house was perfect. Thank you!!

Lovely property with snags

Beautiful unit right on the beach with excellent views. The main-floor kitchen, dining, and indoor and outdoor living areas facing the beach are lovely and very nicely appointed. On the street side of the main floor are 3 small bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms along a hallway clustered about the louvered-door closet housing a noisy, bed-shaking HVAC... The loft comprises a nice sized bedroom and bath that is accessed via an intimidating steel spiral staircase with narrow, steep-feeling steps sporting cheese-grater like strips along their front edges.

Chilly but beautiful

What a setting this home has! Sitting just yards from the ocean tide, the view is breathtaking! The home itself is lovely, has very good space and is well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need to make and serve a meal. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. One note to be certain of is that the master bedroom is up a spiral staircase. It was not a problem for us at all but anyone renting should be fully aware of that. Many thanks for a lovely stay, we certainly hope we can come back when we can take FULL advantage of the beach!!!

Bodacious Beachfront

The Sights and sounds of the ocean at our doorstep were great. North end location on Folly ideal for a peaceful vacation. We enjoyed walking our dog on the beach. The view of the ocean, waves, dolphins, pelicans and beach action is all right there in front of you from the porch, living room, kitchen and dining room. We wanted something memorable and we got it. We did a crash Course of historic Charleston and surrounding areas We walked the Arthur Ravenel junior bridge, which was a lot of fun. We drove out to Cypress Gardens and paddled around in the swamp. Saw some gators. Even though all the flowers were not in bloom, it was still a beautiful place to visit. Every morning we stopped for coffee at the food truck called Deadlow on Center Street. Excellent! A friendly young girl named, Stephanie Worked there. She gave us great Suggestions on what to do around the area. Highly recommend! We loved our stay at this beach house and hope to come back again.
