About this property

S6 family friendly, near tennis and pool, peaceful upstairs close to tennis and back pool

This 3 bedroom is an upstairs unit that faces a landscaped area in a very quiet part of the complex. The unit has hardwood floors throughout and is very well equipped with everything your family will need to prepare meals or pack up your beach picnics. There is a king, queen and two twin beds, plenty of bath towels too but also has a washer dryer if you need to freshen up your beach attire. A newly purchased couch to curl up on the watch a movie or your favorite sporting event. Do not forget to look for the Island Tree Spirit located by the lake where the tree rope swing flys over the lake.
Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running and/or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
Please observe the posted speed limit of 10 mph on the property

Great location great value!

We were very happy with our stay. This is a quiet condo complex that offered a lot of on site activities and had good proximity to the village and the beach. We found the beds to be very comfortable, the condo to be very clean, and the property management company had great communication. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo. It’s perfect size for a family with the kind bed, queen bed, and 2 twin beds in third bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked with multiple dishes and pots/ pans. Washer and dryer are right off the kitchen. No complaints whatsoever. Will stay again. Wonderful owner to communicate with.

Great Location

This location is perfect - close enough for a walk or easy bike ride to the village/pier area. The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as listed. And despite a few negative reviews on the check in process, we had zero problems. Would definitely stay here again!

Had some real problems

Didn’t receive lockbox code until after check in time and only after I had to send a message. Dishwasher broke and had to hand wash dishes the entire time. Let’s just say when we were packing up to leave, we found a item that was left by a previous guest that was not very pleasant. On a positive note the grounds and location were great

Modest condo drive to beach

The condo was clean, but modest and a drive to the beach. Best for a small and quiet group. Reached out to property manager multiple times and finally got check-in information 3 hours late. Acted perturbed and annoyed to have to provide access code, citing she was on vacation herself, but still listed as property contact. Unlikely to stay here again.

Great Mini Vacation

We had to travel to the area to assist my daughter. In the end we ended up staying at Theresa's property on St. Simon's Island. The place was very nice and comfortable for the 4 of us and we had a great time as it was close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
