Introducing "Ocean Pearl," a stunning oceanfront condo perched on the top floor, perfectly positioned on St. Simons Island. Just steps from the iconic Pier and Village, Ocean Pearl offers a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat where the beauty of the ocean meets unparalleled convenience. Enjoy the spectacle of passing boats and playful dolphins right from your window. The condo's prime location ensures that the best of St. Simons Island is just a stroll away, including shops, restaurants, and scenic spots like the lighthouse and Neptune Park.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons). Group events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.

We had another great stay at Ocean Pearl, never disappoints! Love being in the Village with easy access to bars, restaurants, and entertainment. It's also a treat to relax on the balcony and watch the vehicle transport ships come through St. Simons Island sound. Ocean Pearl is highly recommended and we will certainly be back!

Great experience the management company was terrific very proactive and delivers as promised. Once the property finishes building an elevator the unit we stayed at on the 3rd floor will become very popular.

Relaxing Getaway

This property was amazing. We had great views, sunsets and it was close to restaurants and shopping. The beach was within walking distance and absolutely beautiful. Great place for a relaxing getaway!
