You will love booking your next stay here at Desert Rose. This newer home is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you would need to have a great stay! The great room has comfy leather sofas and a recliner with a great entertainment center and TV. The dining room table seats up to 8 with additional seating at the kitchen counter for three. The kitchen is loaded with all the items you will need for cooking up your family's favorite meals. There are stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and granite countertops which add to making this darling kitchen perfect. Just outside the sliding glass doors is a wonderful covered patio with 2 picnic tables and a grill for those yummy cookouts. There is a set of a full washer and dryer for added convenience just in case you need to do a load or two.

There are four bedrooms. The queen master on the main floor is inviting and is very spacious. Upstairs you will find there is a second master bedroom with a king-size bed. The first bunk room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and the fourth bedroom has a full bed and a set of twin over twin bunks.

Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!

We loved having enough space for my husband and I and our 6 boys. The kitchen had everything we needed so we could cook some meals. There were toys and a pac n play to entertain our kids and provide a place for our baby to sleep. Lots of bathrooms for all of us to shower and clean up after a full day of playing.

What a week!!

This house was so clean and easy to navigate. The owners were so attentive and helped my out a ton with this house!! From the kitchen to the rooms everything was amazing!! The kitchen was amazing, the rooms were great and the living room was time less. I will definitely come back!!

Fantastic Property

Great location! Close to the freeway! We stayed there for the marathon. The house was very clean, very well stocked and organized. The neighbor was quiet. Pool was just down the street which the grandkids lived. We had some last minute requests which the property manager was more than accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Our umpires stayed at both house and it was very convenient for them. They didn’t have go out to dinner every night and that saved them lots of money. The houses were perfect with just short distances to the ball fields.

The house was nice, and fit our friend group nicely. Our only complaint was that the lift at the pool was broken, so we had to raise and lower by buddy in a wheelchair manually.

Our overall experience was good

Home was nice but not as clean as we expected. The table and island weren't wiped when we got there.When we opened the silverware drawer there was a dirty spoon with coffee in it. Some liquid was spilled on the tile and when we wiped it up the rag was brown from the dirty floor. The dishwasher didn't seem to work well, we washed all dishes we used before we felt comfortable using them. . The rugs throughout the house were pretty dirty as well. The glass sliding door in the kitchen didn't have curtains or blinds so people could see in, that was a bit uncomfortable. The streets are pretty narrow with no sidewalks. Wasn't very safe for walking to the pool. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.
