Nice cozy place to stay for the two of us. Clean. We had a little hiccup getting in, the host helped us right away. Just a few blocks from Old Town Gilbert which is a great place to eat and hang out. We were at Sloan Park, Fountain Hills, the PGA store, Casa Grande, Canyon Lake and Totilla Flat. Couldn’t have been better located.

Great Stay!

Cozy Clean Convenient

Property was as described. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay near downtown Gilbert restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and Phoenix-Mesa Airport. Communication was quick and responsive by the host. Had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Great location!

Other than a need for kitchen update, this property is very nice. Short walk to Gilbert Road, with great restaurants. Condo is very quiet, and the two updated bathrooms are excellent! We would definitely stay here again. Allen is very personable.

Time in the sun

Great location. It was equipped with everything we could have anticipated, including shampoo and shower gel. Neighborhood was quiet, and friendly. I would reccommend to anyone wanting to be close to downtown.

Gilbert Stay

In town for a wedding and we were looking for small and cozy as we wouldn’t be spending much time there. This spot was perfect and the process was smooth and painless. Will definitely book again when we’re back in a few months

Although the host was accommodating with an early checkin, there were a few things that didn’t go well. First, we got locked out of the unit when the door code was suddenly changed. I tried to call but the phone number was disconnected. This was resolved quickly via messaging but still overwhelming for a mom of three. Second, the keurig and several of the outlets in the unit did not work. I reached out to the host about this and did not get a response until we had already checked out.

Nice stay

My stay at this condo was enjoyable. It was very clean and recently upgraded. Beds, bedding, and towels were great. It is nicely decorated. The location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and being able to walk to downtown Gilbert was a plus. There were a couple of negatives. The washing machine was very tempermental and the kitchen could have been better equipped. Lastly, i reached out to Allen several times before and during my stay with no response. I would still recommend this rental.

Tough start

To sum it up we arrived and had to contact host because the agreed door code didnt work, he did answer quickly. When we got in the house was as pictures showed but unfortunatly the host had not verified and his cleaning service provider had not cleaned the home beds were unmade and the bathroom had dirty towels on the floor, Host was made aware was very nice appolagized and issued a refund. Cherry on top since it took us a while to get in we got reported by a concerned nieghbor and ended surrounded by 6 police vechiles who showed up guns in hand and didnt put them away until they spoke to the host over the ph to verify we had permisson to be there. After that everything ran smoothly.

Comfy Little Condo
