Whether you arrive by car or by boat, you’ll be greeted by colorful birds and a friendly troop of howler monkeys that freely roam the property.. spend your days exploring the islands, walk on our eco-trails, or just relax by the pool. The house is split into three levels with a fully furnished kitchen...The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular and you are surrounded by visible volcanoes that are no threat...

Why they chose this property

This was our dream house built from scratch with local materials on one of the tallest hills overlooking the Asese Peninsula and Lake Cocibolca. It was severely deforested cattle grazing that we reforested with over 15,000 fruit, precious timber, medicinal plants... 5 years after reforestation the biodiversity bounced back and we have a troop of 40+ howler monkey, several bird species never described for the area, iguanas and native species all of whihc roam the property and surrounding area freely. Now we support and environmental education project in the local school (see pics).
