Our family of four had an absolutely perfect summer stay at this Aspen condo, and we would recommend it highly. The location was perfect, close to shopping, dining and the Aspen gondola. The huge pool, relaxing hot tub and gym were highlights of the property. The condo was clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was fast and easy.

Perfect stay in Aspen

We loved our stay in this wonderful condo. Everything was just as advertised, and the location was perfect for us. We were traveling light, so we appreciated and used: some pantry items on hand, supplies for doing laundry, and grocery bags in the closet. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed hearing the young families playing in the pool in the afternoon. Great setting! We hope to book this condo again!

Pleasant rental

Accurate description, wonderful location to be able to walk everywhere, and exceptionally clean! Only complaint is that the condo was warm. Some ceiling fans would have helped a ton but overall it was a great price and very pleased!

This kind of heat is highly unusual for the mountains in Colorado and glad it only lasted a few days. I hope you ended up finding the fans and enjoyed the pool!

Great Summer Getaway!

My teens and I had a great stay at Tricia's home. She was very helpful during our check-in process; the home is in a prime location for everything in Aspen. We walked up the road and picked up local bikes several times - they are free for the first 30 min! My kids enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and take the buses to more remote locations for hikes and adventure. If you want to paddle board, I highly recommend talking to Sam at Aspen Whitewater Rafting.

Great Location in Updated Condo

4 adults stayed here a couple weekends ago, and loved several aspects - the walkability to downtown Aspen, the pool/hot tub, direct access into the unit, and the fact that we were on the end corner of the building. There is no AC, which was OK as even on during a hot Aspen week, the air cooled down a bit at night. Would be a squeeze with more than 4 adults, and the single beds were a bit stiff, but other than that loved the unit!

Cozy Christmas in Aspen

This condo is in a perfect location for us. The 2nd floor end unit offered a feeling of being in the treetops and lots of light. Very convenient to the hot tubs which we enjoyed. We made fires every night and the abundant well seasoned wood was great. It's very cozy but with plenty of space. We ate in every day and appreciated the proximity of City Market. The kitchen could use some updating but had plenty of everything we needed. The bathrooms had been been recently updated and the heated floor in the master bath was very welcome on cold mornings.

Amazing location!

The property was very well maintained and had everything you would need in a vacation! Kitchen was equipped and easy to manage and the condo was very clean. Great location and amenities, will definitely look to stay again!
