Located on Grand Traverse East Bay surrounded by the region's breath-taking beauty, this new condo unit is professionally decorated and located on the third floor with easy access to the elevator. Interior construction is superb and features beautiful cherry woodwork, granite counter tops throughout and a gourmet kitchen any chef would love.

The building is located on the beach where you can enjoy over 300 feet of sandy beach or just relax poolside or in the whirlpool spa. There are two barbecue grills available by the pool if casual meals are your choice.

If cozy winter getaways are in your future, you can curl up next to the gas fireplace after a day on the wonderful ski slopes in the northwest Michigan area.

Abundant and unique indoor and year-round outdoor activities are nearby. Traverse City is home to the National Cherry Festival, the wildly popular Traverse City Film Festival, one-of-a-kind shops, boutiques, restaurants and experiences. You may even spot a celebrity. Close by are small towns, fishing villages, farms, orchards - Americana style. Come and explore - you won't want to leave!
