It’s a beautiful location but the host had *terrible non-existent communication* and the flat was not stocked. There was no hand soap, barely any towels. No salt/pepper, 1 single knife. The bare minimum basics were not provided and when we messaged the host asking for support she did not respond. It’s a beautiful location if you’re able to provide everything else for yourself.

It certainly has one of the best views in Annecy. I enjoyed sitting in front of the window with my cup of tea. The check in process was a bit bumpy. Vrbo correspondence had me thinking I would get an email with the check in information. But they sent me the check in information on Whatsapp. I did not expect that and so didn't see it. So, watch your Whatsapp for updates on your booking. That said, once I connected with the host on Whatsapp they were very responsive.
