Wake up and enjoy beautiful ocean views including ships coming into the Cape Fear River and Old Baldy Lighthouse in the distance on the private balcony with outdoor furniture. Enjoy new appliances, hardwood and carpet floors, ceiling fans throughout as well as a Roku TV with DVD player in the living room and Roku TVs in all three bedrooms for personal entertainment.

Rinse off after a long day of fun in the sun in the cold outdoor shower at each complex beach access.

Easily access the soft OKI sand through the community walkway to beach, seasonal community pool, swing set, covered picnic area with park grills. The condo community is just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club, and a short drive to Oak Island Lighthouse. Convenient to local restaurants, shops, parks and more.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Great unit

The unit is furnished nicely, clean and well maintained. Starter packages of detergents and toilet paper are a nice touch. Beach access is great and there is ample parking. My only complaint was that the mattresses are very hard. A good memory foam pad on each would go a long way.
