This stunning ultra-modern tastefully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home features 3 king beds, high ceilings, and an open floor plan with access to the private pool and spa. The large inviting living room offers expansive views to the outside, fireplace and 60" Smart TV. This home is the perfect place to gather with friends and family.
The master suite offers a king-sized bed, private bath, dual sinks, and a large walk-in shower with access to the pool and spa. The 2nd King ensuite bedroom also has views and access to the private pool/spa, with a private bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom three features a private bath with a shower/tub combination and a king-sized bed. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV.
The gourmet kitchen with modern cabinetry, quartz counters, and a large island offers everything you'll need to prep, cook, and entertain your guests. The kitchen island has ample space for serving appetizers, wine, or a breakfast brunch. Stay for a while as this property features washer and dryer in the home, and garage access is available.
The outdoor space features breathtaking panoramic views a sparkling pool and spa, a dining table for six for dining alfresco after grilling on the gas BBQ. Chaise loungers offer relaxation for soaking up the Palm Springs sun. This home was designed for entertaining inside and out, enjoy Palm Springs living at its best as you relax and unwind at Casa Bianca.
-Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- - Pool Heating fee $100 per day, $700 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.
- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.
