A charming 1900's Craftsman Bungalow located in Midtown. This gated home offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, laundry room, a living area and formal dining with wood floors throughout. Covered front porch and a nice pergola in the back. A short walk to stores, restaurants and bars. Close to downtown, Parks, MetroRail and major highways such as I-45, I-10 etc. Also, 30-45 min to Galveston and its attractions. Events with 8+ guest will need approval and subject to a $500 event fee.
