Spacious family room is adjacent to light filled chef's kitchen. Beautiful backyard patio with dining for 12, and perennial gardens. Front porch has classic wrought iron furniture; table and chairs for 12 for meals. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms; 3rd floor has two bedrooms. The newly renovated basement has a bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and sitting room. The house is 4.7 miles from The White House. Parking in front of the house is available. Rock Creek Park walking trails are steps away. Beautiful homes in the neighborhood. Sleeps 13 adults. Pets allowed. Smoking inside or outside on the property is not allowed.
