Inside, a light-filled double-height great room anchors the home, complemented by a spacious dining area and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with premium cookware and Ninja appliances, well suited for guests who enjoy cooking at home.

Every detail is intentional. Guests will find hotel-quality sheets, modern waffle bath towels made from 100% natural cotton with waffle weave, and organic spa-grade toiletries throughout the bathrooms. Furnishings are thoughtfully curated to balance comfort, functionality, and design.

The home includes three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, along with a dedicated private office that features a sleeper-style sofa suitable for one additional guest. The lower level offers added flexibility with an L-shaped sectional, a sofa bed with memory foam mattress, TV lounge, laundry, and a separate entrance making the home especially well-suited for extended stays.

Wonderful spacious and modern family friendly home in tucked away neighborhood - perfect for our extended family visit to DC. Paola was wonderful and quick to respond to our needs. The house came well appointed with thoughtful additions, like plenty of paper towels! Would recommend.

Great Vacation House

This beautiful house was exactly as described in the listing. The decor throughout was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We felt so welcome and comfortable during our stay. The homeowner made sure the kitchen had all the appliances, cookware, glassware, utensils, etc. needed to prepare and enjoy our meals. Plus we were close to many local DC attractions. My family and I especially enjoyed the backyard pool. We would definitely stay here again.
