Why they chose this property
Krimovica is geographically very well positioned and is located in the center of the Montenegrin coast. It is a place that belongs to the municipality of Kotor. It is located near Jaz and Budva, and it's very easy to reach the nearby towns and several of the most attractive beaches on our coast.
What makes this property unique
The house itself is located in a quiet place, away from city noise and crowds, from where there is an excellent view of the Adriatic Sea and untouched nature.
