Elevator access to all three floors for family members who avoid stairs. Great for hauling groceries and luggage in and out of the house. A wheelchair ramp leading up to the entrance makes the house fully accessible.

Fully appointed chef's kitchen and bbq. The entire first floor is a kid/teenager area with video games, ping pong, pool table, partial kitchen, bunk bed and queen bed. Dedicated office, with printer and high speed internet.

Relax in the luxury master suite with jetted tub, double shower, balcony, and gas fireplace, or head out to the hot tub that is on a patio inches from the lake!

We loved the location of being on the lake as well as walking distance from the beach! There was plenty of room in the house for our family of 14 to be very comfortable and our kids loved having their own bathrooms. We will definitely be back!

The home was large enough and equipped to entertain toddlers, preteens and adults with multiple activities. The canoe, kayaks and paddle boards were used daily on the lake. Abundant lake wildlife viewing included ducks, geese, pelicans, hawks, otters and seals. Location allowed easy driving access to Newport, multiple beaches and restaurants. Elevator for disabled adult and moving luggage invaluable. Would like screens on the windows for better air circulation, but otherwise will return in the future. Thank you!

We met for my mom’s celebration of life because she loved the Oregon coast, we created wonderful memories. We were able to have 4 families stay at the house and then host a few more for the celebration and meals. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of games, the teens had a blast. Would definitely recommend.

Great for our annual family trip!

Location is beautiful and right on the lake! Great seeing so much wildlife. Spacious for our large group for the number of bedrooms/bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

House was beautiful and the elevator was a hit. You had anything you would need and more. The place isscattered with gorgeous antiques. The views from the upstairs balcony are of the ocean as well as lake. We had a total of 16 staying and you certainly didn't feel crowded Our host was a delight.

Unique home in a beautiful location.

Came for a family getaway to the Oregon coast. The house is right on the lake, convenient for kayaking and paddle boarding etc. plus you can walk two blocks to the beach. The house odds well equipped and has plenty of space. Really enjoyed our stay.

We greatly appreciate the five bedroom with its own bathroom, the accommodating long dining table, and the large kitchen. It’s too bad we did not get to enjoy the hot tub since it rained all day Friday. We used the kayaks, surfboards and brought our own row boat to enjoy the lake on Wednesday and Thursday. It’s great that even though the house was by the lake, the beach was five minutes a walk away.

Annual Family Trip

We loved this place so much the first time that we knew it was a must to book a second time. We had a party of 15 and the house not only accommodated all of us, but still had plenty of room for kids to play around and not feel trapped. The property manager is amazing and so easy to communicate with. By far our favorite place in Lincoln City.

Best of both waters!

We had a blast swimming, paddleboards & kayaks in the lake straight off the dock. The beach was awesome, just a short walk. The youth bunkroom was a true hit! Love the hot tub. Love the birdwatching. Looking forward to next trip. Thank you for a great space for family reunion.

Quiet and relaxing

Relaxing and quiet area and home, but close enough to get anywhere in town fast. Pets only allowed on first floor which would be good to know prior to paying instead of after as it made us have to adjust rooms and plans. Otherwise great rental.

Absolutely perfect

What a perfect location!! And the 5 bedrooms + basement area all with private bathrooms was ideal. Was unaware of the elevator, but it sure came in handy for those with mobility issues. Would definitely rent again. The hosts went above and beyond.

Amazing property and great owner

We stayed here with 11 people aged 16-56 and had a great time. The house is centrally located with a very short walk to beach access. The dock right on D river is relaxing and the views are breathtaking. We saw herons, mink and deer right along the water's edge. The kitchen is equipped very well for a large group. All the bedrooms were comfortable. The owner was fantastic with communication. We are so glad that we got lucky with this last minute reservation.

This place is the best

We had the best time. This house is so unique. It felt like we were staying in a fairytale! The elevator was so helpful for my elderly parents. All bedrooms with bathrooms was amazing. Kayaks and life jackets for the kids were amazing. Loved the garage man cave for the 20 year olds. Fished off the dock and caught a few beautiful trout. Location was amazing on the lake and could walk across the street to the beach. I would recommend this place and stay here again.the hot tub was so nice too!

Siren inn

The house was amazing and the lake was peaceful. Very different than staying on the beach. Just a short 2 min walk across hwy101 to the ocean. Heating element went out on the hot tub our first night, so we took turns up in the jacuzzi in the master bdrm. I did find some cob webs in a few of the rooms and also found some socks that were feom the previous guests. Besides that we would definitely stay again!

This house is in a perfect location in our opinion. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac, lakefront with a dock and 200 yards from the beach. Water views are from every room in the house. There are multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenient store and ice cream shop.
