Sooo relaxing

Peter and Dennis’ condo is so relaxing. Communication was prompt, polite, professional. Peter kindly mailed me a shirt I forgot in the dryer. Would stay again.

Spring Lake 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Condo

The property was immaculate, nicely updated, came fully equipped including sheets and bath towels. Unit was conveniently located near the community pool which was great. The only negative would be the 3 flights of stairs to walk up to get to the unit, which I knew about before renting. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice condo equipped with just about anything you might need on vacation. Especially well stocked with dishes, cookware, and paper products. I recommend bringing your own shower toiletries (there was soap, and a small amount of conditioner & body wash but no shampoo provided). One thing that threw us off slightly is neither Apple Maps nor Google maps seem to know precisely where the address is. They will get you close and say you’ve arrived, but you haven’t. Then you need to follow posted signs to the actual unit number/parking area. But it’s not hard to find, just something to be aware of.Overall great location with convenient parking. Would stay again.

Fantastic!

I rented the property for the summer and absolutely loved it! The unit is beautiful, very well maintained, and spotless. It is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and you cannot beat the outdoor deck/porch! The owners, Peter and Dennis, were very responsive and could not have been nicer. The check in/check out process was smooth. The Spring Lake community is lovely with friendly neighbors and a community-like feel. The pool was great, and the location was very convenient-- very easy to get to the beach, bay, restaurants, etc. Though we wanted to spend most of our time at the unit it was so nice! We definitely hope to come back next year. Thank you, Peter and Dennis!

Excellent clean condo

We thought Peter's place was an excellent value! Condo is nicely decorated and pristine, well-kept by owners. Space is excellent, with a spacious loft serving as a second bedroom. Plenty of storage, with his/hers closets in master bedroom. Kitchen was clean and well-kept, with good quality cookware. We didn't do much cooking beyond basics, but did note that some basics were missing, like a full set of measuring cups, and any cooking staples beyond salt/pepper. Location was probably about a 20-minute walk to beach at southern end of boardwalk, but we got a weekly parking pass and drove - an easy under 5-minute drive. All in all, we were very happy and would definitely try to stay here again.

It could not have been better!

The property was in excellent condition in every way imaginable. When I walked in, I was immediately impressed with the care given to the space. Also, coming as I was from New York City, the silence was delicious! It was located in a good location for easy access to many restaurants and stores as well as to the beach. For rest, recovery from stress, and general relaxation, I loved every minute there.

Fabulously Outfitted

My first time to Rehoboth Beach... I could not have been happier with the peace and quiet in this Spring Lake community, yet just seconds in a car or, even better, minutes on my baskets bike to town and beaches. The town house was super well fitted out, and I am a design builder, so rarely do I rent with absolutely everything I need. (I bring my own nespresso machine.. ) couldn't have been happier... Everyone super friendly and helpful if needed. Highly recommend.

Great condo for another wonderful family vacation week

Peter and Dennis have a great property in a nice, quiet location, yet close enough to walk (about 15 minutes) to the Rehoboth or Dewey hustle and bustle. Super clean and well stocked to allow for a relaxing vacation. Great pool, plenty of parking. Close to stores, restaurants, groceries, etc. Loved the option to check in early (if only we weren't stuck in the lovely RT 1 traffic ;) and the great communication from these friendly hosts.

Wonderful Week Away!

Great place for fun and relaxation! A very comfortable, clean and well decorated place with plenty of room to unpack. An additional plus that bath/bed linens were included (beds even already made up). Nice location and convenient to many areas. The pool was an added bonus. The hosts are terrific - very welcoming (handwritten card and box of candy) and available for any questions. We would definitely plan another stay.

Wonderful experience.

Beautiful condo with everything new in it. Everything was updated and it is beautifully decorated. Nice patio with a view of the pond. Centrally located to everything. Would definitely book again!

Comfy, Clean, Convenient!

Pack your clothes and stop at the grocery! That’s all that you have to do! All bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens and paper products provided! Owners are super responsive and easy to work with! It’s a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants but Dewey and Rehoboth are packed with more eating options! I would stay here again!!
