Beautiful family home of 150m² where you will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay in peace.

This villa on one level consists of a large living room of 75m ² with a fully equipped kitchen and 4 large bedrooms, one with dressing.
From the terrace of 70m ², you will benefit from a nice clear view as well as the shade of the olive-trees. Children can have fun with the swings and the hut.
Closed ground of 2600m ².

The city and the lake of Cavayère are 5min by car.
It offers inflatable games, swimming, minigolf, paddle boats.
The Australian park and its kangaroos are 2 kms.

Great property in beautiful location

We had a fantastic stay in Carcasonne. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. We all enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. The only small problem was having to bring bedding and towels as we were flying and this wasn’t mentioned in the original listing - apart from that we loved it! Thank you

La localisation de la maison est impeccable tout est à proximité. La maison est très pratique et les extérieurs aussi même avec des jeunes enfants. Toutefois pour le budget nous avons remarqué un manque d’équipement (cuisine, ballon d’eau chaude très limité,…).

La propreté, l’emplacement et les équipements de cette villa font que notre court sejour fut une réussite. Merci vraiment. Les enfants ont adoré et les adultes ont profité de ce lieu . Casa ámplia, limpia, acogedora, con la distribución perfecta para estar en familia, muy práctica, con todos los utensilios más que necesarios de cocina, bien ubicada (a 7 min en coche de la Citè). Hemos pasado unas vacaciones de navidad en familia que las vamos a recordar siempre como un año muy especial (familia compuesta por 7 adultos y 3 adolescentes). Muchas gracias Airlen e Inés, por la casa y por vuestro estupendo trato y atención. Repetiremos sin duda!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. Quartier calme à moins de 5min de la cité et 5min du lac de la Cavayere. Très grande pièce à vivre, grand jardin pour faire courir les enfants, balançoire et petite cabane très appréciée des enfants. Parking privatif devant la maison très grand. Grandes chambres bien séparées de la pièce à vivre, idéal pour le dodo des plus petits. Je recommande vivement.

Idéal pour les enfants

Les propriétaire aiment les enfants ! ils ont laisser à disposition une bibliothèque de livres d'enfant (et une collection impressionnante d'ouvrages de cuisine aussi) ainsi que des jeux en tout genre. Merci à eux pour la confiance accordée aux locataire. Sinon la maison est bien climatisée et très agréable à vivre. La proximité de la cité et du lac ont été particulièrement appréciés.
