We have photos of our condo (all just the unit with no people) and pictures of places in Gatlinburg in walking distance. Only one pic includes people which are watching local fireworks. You must be confused as all images are at our place.

There was no complaint after your arrival and the condo was clean and inspected prior to your check-in. It is a condo and so you are going to hear other people around. We cannot control everyone and there are posted signs of quiet hours. If there was an issue, you did not contact us on anything at all as we are owners and local. We take pride in our property and anything that was not right. We would definitely make it right. As far as sleeping six people, there are two bedrooms and a queen pullout and that does total up to sleeping six people. I am not sure what you had in mind on sleeping arrangements, but they are all Listed just that way and our rental listing. For the future anywhere you go if there is an issue contact management or the owners. If there is an issue with noise after hours, then local authorities are called in to take care of it after you reported it to us

OutOut of many years, hosting and many reviews This was the first guest that we ever had try to blackmail us. LLisa did not want to follow the rules that we had set forth to keep the heat pump from freezing and the temperatures that were in range to keep that from happening Th That she had an immense problem with. Even though the temperature lows were in the 30s and 40s, she insisted on keeping the air conditioner turned too low. Our rules are posted in three places in the condo and also sent to each guest before arrival. This was not something that was. not shared with her. .. The first night of their stay. The thermostat sent me the alarms that the temperature was too low. I reached out through the Vrbo text and there was no response. Night number two same thing happened and I again reached out. Cricket I got cricket. At that point, I text her directly and she was immediately on the defense and argumentative... That night at point of contact, it was already 41° outside and the air conditioner wa was set below the posted acceptable temperature. II told Lisa after her arguments that I did not think we were a good fit, and that I would allow a refund for her last night’s day out of the three, but that was something that we didn’t have to do because she was breaking the rules and per Vrbo she was actually supposed to get out at at the very moment she agreed to find somewhere else. Within minutes of her text saying she was looking for someplace, she said that her kids were asleep. And And I told her leaving the next morning was fine. Within a few minutes, she sent a text stating that her husband wanted the money back for the entire weekend or he would not leave. I I had already been in contact with Vrbo offices about the situation. Li Lisa was not happy that I would not give them the full refund for nights that they had already stayed and then told me that they would follow the rules. Again stated that she felt hot and I did suggest that she cracked the window since the temperatures were in the 40s. The window, I suggested that crack was in the master bedroom and yes, it did have and does have a screen on it. ShShe came back after that and told me that there was a leak under the sink and sent a picture said that her husband Ti Tightened a fitting Und Under the kitchen sink. My guess is because the trash can stay under there it got bumped and worked loose during their stay. She did send me a picture of the window at check-in and there has been a call put in for the window repair. S Sunday morning, my husband did drive over to check about this leak because it could affect more than our unit if it continued to leak. He did not present himself as anybody or anything in any way but he did repair the drain line. Lisa did not give any other complaints. until she found out that they vacation was not going to turn out to be a freebie... AsAs far as the king bed goes, we have not had any complaints until her and in fact, three weeks ago through another booking platform I guess told us it’s the most comfortable night sleep they have ever had. The towels are different shades of gray, and some of them are pale, and some of them are dark. No, they are not faded. AAgain, we try our best to get a nice comfortable stay. This is not our first Rodeo, but as for trying to be blackmailed, yes this is the first time. I would advise anyone to use extreme cotton before renting to This family
