HI Randy, I'm sorry that you felt that way, the property is located on Downtown Little Rock, 3 blocks from the State Capitol and Across from Children's hospital which make them a prime location for visitors, the neighborhood is in the process of revitalized unfortunately some people don't see it that way.

Fabulous apartment!
Property is exactly as listed! Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home! It made our unexpected extended stay much more comfortable than a hotel! The property manager, Ruth is awesome. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
