Book your stay at this newly remodeled second floor condo. Sip your morning coffee in the sea breeze on the back patio while taking in views of the Gulf. The full kitchen has tile counter tops, bar with two stools, white appliances, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils for preparing meals. Dine at the intimate table with seating for two by the large window. The plush leather couch, chair and ottoman are perfect for relaxing while watching a movie or favorite sports on the TV with cable and Wi-Fi. There are two additional arm chairs for visiting guests. The bedroom is comprised of two Full beds, dresser and closet for your beach attire. The hallway bath contains a vanity and tub/shower. Located near downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, beach access and restaurants. Amenities include TV, wireless internet, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the Beach, 2 Shared Community Pools.

Nice stay for a weekend

This was a nice stay for a quick, weekend trip. Easy to check in and out. Property was mostly quiet and right on the beach. Easy beach access was the best part about this property.

Great getaway

Awesome place for a two night stay. Enjoyed waking up and enjoying coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean.

Port Aransas Memorial Day Weekend

Excellent stay, quiet stay, despite being busy weekend at the beach. We would stay again. This was our first Vrbo stay. I don't know we'd stay at a hotel again. Contactless in and out. Very seamless.

Gateway to the Beach

The overall property was in decent shape. Somewhat aged. Our particular condo had a perfect view of the boardwalk and beach. The community washers were helpful but in poor shape. The pool and tennis courts were nice and well kept. This property would be perfect for families with small children because of the short walk to the beach. This is not a "luxury" property, but I would probably stay again.
